                                Now a days losing weight is one of the most important concern for teenagers to look beautiful.Not only teenagers even childrens and older people needs slim,fit and healthy body.Now a days every doctor will recommend to maintain balanced weight to be healthy and disease free.
                         There are so many ways to lose weight i.e going to gym,yoga,exercise,dieting etc.Among them one of the most healthy and effective way is having right nutritional food with low calories which helps to lose weight in a healthy way.Different foods have different nutritional values which helps in burning fat of the body.Let us see know the foods which helps in reducing weight.

1.Leafy vegetables:

                          If you are aiming for weight loss then consuming leafy vegetables is one of the best food which helps to maintain right nutritional values which is essential for your body.Leafy vegetables are low in calories,low in fat and high in nutritions and fibers.It contains proteins,minerals,iron,fiber and calcium which helps in burning the fat.Leafy vegetables is one of the greatest way to reduce the calories with out increasing the fat content.When you do excercise your body needs right amount of iron to reduce the weakness of  the body which is present in vegetables.

2.Fruits:

                       Fruits are natures super foods which helps not only to loose weight but also helps to live disease free life.A person who consume fruits will lose weight faster than the persons who dont.It contains several minerals and proteins which not only reduce weight but also keeps you healthy.Even though fruits contains little sugar it is proven as best weight loss food in the earth.We all know that an apple a day keeps a doctor away.According to studies a person who consume an apple a day will lose weight 33% faster.

3.Eggs:

                     Eggs are one of the best option and weight loss friendly food.It contains little calories and a lot of nutrients.Eggs contains more filling because of its high nutrient content.One egg contains only 78 calories.Studies proves that as egg contains more filling,the intake of meals will be decreased.Eggs contain all essential amino acids which is essential for increasing the metabolism of the body.

4.Oats:

                         Oats is nutritious food and helps to burn fewer calories.Oats contains only 1.5 grams of fat i.e very low in calories.The fiber which is present in oats will helps reducing the hunger so that we can eat fewer calories per day.Lesser food intake results in easy weight loss.Oats not only helps in reducing weight but also helps to reduce cardiovascular problems,blood sugar etc.

5.Fish(Salmon):

                       Fish is a super food and can do wonders regarding weight loss problem.Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids and also high in proteins.

6.Garlic:

                      The pungent plant(Garlic) not only helps in reliving various types of viruses. but also helps effectively for weight loss.Adding a garlic in a milk or having it raw will reduce the body fat..In England found that a person who will eat garlic per day will have less chances of  increasing weight that the one who does not have it. 

7.Water:

                      Water is most essential element in earth.our body will contain 60% of water.Doctors recommend to have a minimum 8 glass of water per day to maintain proper weight and healthy body.It help to improve our digestion and flush out the toxins present in our body and helps to reduce our weight. If we doesnot intake more water in summer it leads to dehydration.water is very much essential to maintain our body stability and physical performance of our body.If our body losses 2% of water then it lead to dehydration where as for athletics its nearly 6-8%. Drinking water also help to reduce migrains and headaches to human because of water loss due to excercise.

8.Nuts:

                     Nuts contains alot of essential nutrients and minerals.Despite of high fat and high energy density content,it helps very effectively to weight loss.Nuts contain proper amount of Vitamin E.Adding one bowl of walnuts,almonds,cashews,flax seeds,peanuts etc is very good for weight loss.

9.Flaxseeds:

     Flaxseeds  have a lot of  health benefits,diet-friendly product.Some tells it is most powerful food in earth.These are rich in nutrients,minerals,and omega-3 fatty acids.Flaxseeds have a very nutty taste.This is very key ingredient for weight loss and hair loss problems.Flaxseeds are brown in colour.
