Is Butter is good or bad for health.what are the Significances and disadvantages.

Butter:

Now adays butter is available in every house.Childrens love Butter as it is salty in taste.let us see about butter in detail.Butter is rich source of Vitamin A,which helps to improve vision.Butter is made from cows,sheep,buffalo milk.By churing  milk or cream butter is produced,butter will be salted,coloured,preserved before it is packed.It is Byproduct of milk.Butter is having easily absorable vitamin A.Butter can increase the bad cholestrol and increase the cardivascular problems,It is having lauric acid which helps to prevent fungal infection.Butter will be in two colours one is white other is yellow.The cows which fed grass will be yellowish colour  where as cows which feed grains will be in white colour.Depending on feeding cow colour will be differed.
                   Vitamin D,E,K present in butter.

      Next time onwards before buying butter think once,as it cause Type-2 Diabetics and Cardivascular(Heart)problems.Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health in the us showed That people who consumed 12 grams of butter per day will have higher risk of getting Type-2 Diabetics.

Benefits(Significance) of Butter:

Little amount of Butter is good for health as it contains selenium.a mineral which is rich of antioxidants and Lauric acid which contain antibacterial and anti-fungal properties).It contains Iodine which needed for our body.American have serious obesity problem,when body is addictive to unhealthy food activivties the digestive system will not work properly ,so adding home made raw and organic butter will provide relief for these toxins.Some manufacturers want us to believe that fat and cholestrol  are not good for health but butter is vital for children brain development and for nervous system. As we know "Too much food is not good for health".In the same way more butter is not good for health so have a little butter and stay healthy.

Disadvantages of Butter:

Butter contain very high saturated fat  and Cholestrol which lead to Cardiovascular problem,as it is made from milk .The saturated fat present is butter have high level of trans fats which contains margine,that may even worse your health.These margins will have high level trans fats making them build bad cholestrol which produce heart problems.It also contain Insulin levels which produce you at higher risk of Diabetics.so before purchasing butter check the saturated fats level,It is advised to but fat free products to avoid health problems.Researches told Consuming 3 spoons of ghee per day for Four days will increase cholestrol level which is risky for health,If butter is consumed in large quantities it is bad for health.

Butter is made of milk.Clarified butter is melted over low flame and allow it to bubble ,Simmer untill all the vapours are evaporated.
