Avacado and its super food benefits and nutritional values

                                 Avacado is rich in healthy fats while many fruits are primarily rich in carbohydrates.Avacado is referred as "alligator pear" as it shaped like pear which is green in colour.Outer layer of avacado is removed and the yellow flesh which is present inside the avacado will be eaten,and the seed also removed.Due to its enormous benefits,delicious taste now a days avacado is used in several dishes.Many scientist to have a avacado as it contains many nutrients which is essential for our body.

                                           Avacado is low in saturated fat.It doesnot contain sodium and cholestrol.It is native of south central mexico.It belongs to the family of Lauraceae.Avacado tree is also called as large berry tree containing a single seed as it look like berry.It is cultivated in meditterian and tropical regions through out the world.
                                         Avacados are ripen after harvesting.They are often propogated through grafting to maintain its quality and quantity of fruit.Every single Avacados contains 20 vitamins and minerals and potassium which helps to control the blood pressure.It also contains lutein which is good for eye related problems and even helps in improving eye vision.AFolate which is present in avacado helps in pregnancy and for crucial cell repairs which is present in the body.
                                       Avacado are rich in vitamin B,vitamin E and vitamin C.Vitamin helps in fighting against diseases and infections and vitamin B and vitamin E helps in preventing the cancer causing agents present in the body.Avacados are low in sugar and rich in fiber.A fruit which is full in fiber helps in keeping and feeling your tummy or stoamach  is full.According to researchers a person who will intake fiber rich fruits or vegetables will be less interested in consuming the food.

                                       Although avacodo is little costly fruit but it contains several health benefits so it is recommended to have avacado atleast two times in a week.

History:

       Avacado is first orginated in the state of south central mexico.It is cultivated through fossil and believed that similar species of avacado will be spread more before millions of years ago. Avacado is availabe before 10.000 BC .The first europeans ate avacado in 16th century.When people in europe of north american got to know this,they could describe the three main catogeries i.e Guatemalan,Mexican and West indian.            

Benefits of avacado:


1.More potassium than banana:

                             High potassium is very much essential nutrient.It is the one nutrient which human beings are not getting enough.The potassium mineral helps in regulating the body fluid levels and helps in removing the wastage present in the body so that nervous system should function properly.Less potassium intake will increase the blood pressure and bad cholestrol which interms produce heart stroke.avacado contains  14% of potassium whereas in banana its 10%.Every person need 4700mg of potassium is needed per day.About 17% of people are getting heart stroke because of less potassium intake in body.

                           Avacado is high in fat.It contains monounsaturated fatty acids which is essential for proper functioning of body.The fat that present in avacado is oleic acid.Avacados will also help in reducing the LDL whereas helps in raising the HDL cholestrol in our which is essential to maintain blood pressure level and reduce heart related prob;ems.Avacado is one fruit that will provides the good fat providing 3grams of monounsaturated fat and 0.5g of polyunsaturated fat.
