Food that help to develop brain:


                     The human brain is the central organ of the human nervous system.The brain is the organ that control almost our body.In order to perform properly we need food which helps in developing brain.Foods which are rich in antioxidants,vitamins,minerals,good fats are very essential for brain development.There are some foods that are better for your brain than other foods.
                 According to researchers animals who will consume fruits will have 25% more brain than the animals who will consume leaves.Humans who will consume fruits will have powerful and developed brains.Sugar is essential nutrient for proper development of brain.Too much sugar may lead to diabetics whereas too much little make you tired.So it is best to consume sugar in the right way inorder to develop the brain.Our brain contains 60% of essential fat.So fat is essential fat is essential for proper behaviour and intelligence.Essential fats are available through oily fish,nuts and seeds.Having fruits is the key step for the growth of brains and also it give energy which is needed for the growth of brain.There are several foods that keeps kid stay sharp and also helps to develop the brain.

1.Fish:

         Omega-3 fatty acid is very essential for proper brain development.Those fatty acids come from fish.Oily fish also contains omega-3 fatty acid component such as DHA(Docosahexaenoic acid),EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid).Lower DHA level may lead to memory loss OR Alzhemeric disease.Sufficient amount of EPA AND EPA intake helps us reliving from stress.Salmon is a fish which contains rich source of omega-3 fatty acids.
       

2.Yogurt:

                       According to study yogurt not only contains calcium,potassium but also this probiotic helps for brain development.Individuals who consume more yogurt can help to improve cognitive performance and also helps in managing more stress to the patients who are suffering from brain injuries.
                 

3.Green leafy vegetables:

                 There are several leafy vegetables which helps in brain development i.e Avacado.It is a monounsaturated fruit which contributes to healthy blood flow.A healthy blow flow means healthy brain.Avacados also lower the blood pressure,A person will lower blood pressure will have healthy brain than others.

4.Eggs:

            Eggs contains yellow yolk which is very important for maintaining memory and communicating among brain cells.Yellow yolk contains a vitamin B which are rich in choline.our brain uses choline to make acetacholine which is brain neutrotransmitter.

5.Fruits:

            Omega-3 fatty acid and omega-6 fatty acids makes almost two -third of our brain.A fatty acid molecules helps in transformation of information through out the brain.Most fruits or vegetables doesnot contains this.Fruits which contains vitamin C and E plays a important role in protecting neurons from damaging free radicals molecule.Carbohydrates will produce glucose which works as a fuel.Almost all fruits contains carbohydrates.

6.Nuts:

              According to resercher consuming vitamin E may helps for proper brain development.Nuts contain proper amount of Vitamin E.Adding one bowl of walnuts,almonds,cashews,flax seeds,peanuts etc is very good for brain.

7.Oat meal:

                Oat meal contain sugar and glucose which is the most important for brain and works as a brains fuel.Oatmeal contains glycemic index which helps in maintaining the sustained brain power as it will have slow and steady increase in blood sugar level.
